Partner Devrial

Devrial Resources Inc. is located in Grande Cache Alberta, central to a number of proposed western Canadian underground coal projects which will play a key role in corporate development.

Currently, Devrial is performing roadway repair, re-bolting, screen replacement and bulkhead construction for air and water control at the Quinsam Coal Mine prior to development of a new mining area. Owned and operated by Hillsborough Resources the mine is located north west of Campbell River on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

In addition to contract mining services, Devrial offers underground and surface mine rescue and safety training through its experienced principals.

President / Project Manager: Charles (Butch) Napier
Charles Napier brings 23 years of coal and hard rock mining expertise to the corporate team. Starting as an underground trainee with McIntyre Mines Ltd. at Grande Cache, AB. in 1980, he progressed to the position of Superintendent, Underground Operations for McIntyre's successor, Smoky River Coal Limited, until that company closed in 2000.
In addition to his experience in and around Grande Cache, Charles has been employed in various capacities with the following mining companies; Westmin Myra Falls Operations, Miramar Con and Giant Mines, teck-Cominco polaris Mine and Inco Thompson Mines.

Mine Rescue Training and Safety: William (Bill) Napier
Bill is one of the best known mine rescue men in Canada, and brings over thirty years of underground and surface mine rescue experience to the corporate team. Well known for his practical approach to mine rescue, Bill brings realistic and sensible training methods to new and experienced mine personnel alike.
Bill spent thirty years with Smoky River Coal Limited and its predecessor, McIntyre Mines Limited, where he was actively involved as team member, captain, co-ordinator, then trainer for their underground mine rescue teams. Bill also participated in surface mine rescue and general safety training.
As well as working in the coal operations around Grande Cache, Bill has also worked for the following mining companies; Eldorado Nuclear, Bisset Gold Mines, United Keno Hill Mines and Miramar Con Mine.
